Banrisul Administradora de Consórcios
Banrisul Consórcios manages sales pool groups for the acquisition of Movable Goods (Automobile and Motorcycle Groups), Real Estate and Services. Seeking to offer alternatives for acquisition in several segments, it sells Automobile groups with terms of up to 100 months; Motorcycle, with a term of up to 60 months; Properties with a term of up to 200 months and Services, with a term of up to 36 months.
In the Movable Goods segment, the letters of credit contemplated can be used to purchase automobiles, motorcycles, jet skis, boats, boats, trucks, buses, machinery and equipment, agricultural implements. For the Real Estate segment, the letters of credit contemplated can be used for the construction, renovation and expansion of properties, as well as for the acquisition of finished properties, land, rural areas and commercial offices. In the Services segment, the contemplated letters of credit can be used for parties, courses, travel packages, aesthetic procedures and surgeries, renovations, among others.
Banrisul Armazéns Gerais
Banrisul Armazéns Gerais is a subsidiary which operates as dry dock (Grantee of the Brazilian federal revenue service, providing storage and logistics services to the public in general), general warehouse facility and in Electronic Document Management, Storage and Scanning.
Banrisul Corretora de Valores Mobiliários e Câmbio
Banrisul Corretora de Valores, a financial institution within the securities market, operates in the intermediation of variable income operations – spot, options, forward and futures markets – and in private fixed income and public fixed income (Treasury Direct) , with B3 S.A., as well as in the professional management of securities portfolios, within the scope of CVM Resolution No. 21, of February 25, 2021, in the categories of asset management and trust administration, for investment vehicles distributed in the network of Banrisul’s branches and digital channels.
Banrisul Pagamentos
Banrisul Pagamentos operates in the payment means market, offering technological solutions, competitive and aligned with the needs of the current market, in two product lines: “Vero” Acquirer Network, which involves the performance of accreditation, capture, processing and financial settlement of transactions with a wide portfolio of payment instruments, such as credit, debit, pre- and post-paid cards of various arrangements, as well as Pix; and “BanriCard” Benefits and Business Cards, which cover the issuance of pre- and post-paid cards (vouchers), managed through agreements, such as food and meals.
Banrisul Seguridade Participações
Banrisul’s wholly-owned subsidiary Banrisul Seguridade Participações (Seguridade) holding was created, following the restructuring of the insurance business, aiming at maximizing the distribution and the amount of insurance products, pension plans and capitalization bonds. Banrisul Seguridade will be the full parent company of Banrisul Corretora de Seguros.
Bem Promotora de Vendas e Serviços
Bem Promotora de Vendas e Serviços acts as originator of payroll loans offered to INSS retirees and pensioners and federal civil servants.
Banrisul Icatu Participações
Being part of the economic group of Banrisul Icatu Participações S.A. (BIPAR), with Banrisul holding a stake of 49.9% of its capital, Rio Grande Seguros e Previdência S.A. has exclusive rights for the sale of life insurance and private pension plans utilizing Banrisul’s commercial channels. On December 20, 2017, Banrisul entered into an investment agreement with Icatu Seguros S.A. (“Icatu”) in order to establish a strategic partnership between Banrisul and Icatu, consisting of the creation of a new company that will have exclusive rights for the offering of capitalization products within Banrisul’s distribution channels for 20 years. The partnership places Banrisul in a prominent position in the commercialization of these products in the state of Rio Grande do Sul and the Southern Region of Brazil, diversifying and increasing sources of revenue.
