Banrisul Group consists of 6 subsidiaries and 4 affiliates. 

Subsidiaries: Banrisul Seguridade, Banrisul Pagamentos, Banrisul Consórcios, Banrisul Corretora de Valores Mobiliários, and Banrisul Armazéns Gerais.

Affiliates:  Bem Promotora de Vendas e Serviços, Banrisul Icatu Participações, Rio Grande Seguros e Previdências, and Rio Grande Capitalizações.

Banrisul Pagamentos administers the Vero acquiring network and the issue of BanriCard benefit and corporate cards. Our assumed name was created in August 2022, when our corporate name was changed from “Banrisul Cartões S.A.” to “Banrisul Soluções em Pagamentos S.A. – Instituição de Pagamento” to better communicate our products and services and to offer more payment solutions in the future.

Banrisul S.A. Administradora de Consórcios administers consortium groups for the acquisition of goods in the segments of furniture, real estate and services as an alternative to the acquisition of goods.

Banrisul Seguridade Participações S.A. (Seguridade) engages in the sale of insurance, private pension plans and capitalization bonds on Banrisul channels, through its subsidiary Banrisul Corretora de Seguros S.A. (Corretora).

Banrisul S.A. Corretora de Valores Mobiliários e Câmbio operates in the capital market as an intermediary for equity transactions (in the spot, options, forward and futures markets), as well as the private fixed income and public fixed income (Tesouro Direto) markets with B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão. The company also fully manages investment funds (fixed income, equity and multimarket) of the Banrisul conglomerate. The Institution has therefore a product portfolio which, coupled with the provision of qualified technical support, contributes to diversifying investments.

Banrisul Armazéns Gerais engages in the public handling and storage of goods, and acts as a Dry Port and Bonded Warehouse. It also provides general warehousing services and electronically manages documents (DMS).
